When to replace
Bristles splayed, worn short or matted with hair; the tool skates rather than scrubs; visible gaps in the strip.
Replacing it
Slide the old strip out of its channel, slide the new one in. No tools, about a minute. Replace the AA380S squeegee at the same time if it’s more than a season old.
