Apply to become an Aqua-Air dealer

Aqua-Air Wet/Dry sells wet/dry central vacuum and wash systems through independent dealers. To apply, create an account below and send:

your business details: legal name, address, phone, website, years in business, type of business, and the markets and area you plan to sell into
a copy of your current business license
a resale or tax-exemption certificate for each state where you will take delivery or resell
a completed IRS Form W-9 (U.S. businesses) or Form W-8BEN-E (non-U.S. businesses)

You will also be asked to read and accept the Aqua-Air Authorized Dealer Agreement.

What happens next. Every application is reviewed by hand. While your application is pending you can browse the store as any visitor does, at retail prices. Dealer pricing appears only after your account is approved and you log in. Approval is at Aqua-Air’s discretion.

Your documents are private. Uploaded files are stored privately and are visible only to Aqua-Air staff who review applications. We never ask for bank account details in this application or by email.

Volume commitment (optional): I make the Volume commitment in Section 7: my business intends to buy at least 12 Power Units per rolling 12 months, so it starts at Volume pricing (and a Protected Lead Area, where Section 6B allows) on approval. I understand this is not a purchase obligation, there is no fee or charge of any kind if we fall short, and the only consequence is a move to Standard pricing after a written warning and one full Quarter to cure (Section 7.7).
