Financing questions

Which option should I choose?

For personal purchases, Affirm is generally the best fit for larger amounts, such as a residential system. Klarna and Afterpay generally suit smaller amounts, such as parts and accessories. Checkout only shows the options available for your order total, so you can compare them there.

Is there a credit check?

Credit decisions are handled by the lender. Each lender explains its process and terms during its application, before you agree to anything.

Will I be approved?

Approval is decided by the lender, not by Aqua-Air. Subject to approval by the lender. If one option is not available to you, you can still pay with a card or another payment method at checkout.

I have a quote. Can I pay over time?

If it is a personal quote, such as for your home, call 800-916-5777 and we’ll send a payment link. The options available for that amount are shown when you open the link, subject to lender eligibility. For a business quote, call the same number to ask about equipment financing.

Why don’t I see Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay at checkout?

Each lender has its own order-amount range and eligibility rules, such as a US billing address and payment in US dollars. If your order total is outside a lender’s range, that option will not appear. Call us if you have questions about your order.

Can a business use these options?

No. Affirm, Klarna and Afterpay are for personal purchases only. If you are buying for a business, facility or other commercial use, call 800-916-5777 to ask about equipment financing.

Who do I make payments to?

To the lender you chose. Questions about your payment plan go to that lender. Questions about your order, shipping or products come to us at 800-916-5777.
