Cleaner kennels in less time: a built-in wet/dry cleaning system for pet facilities
A power unit installed out of the way, cleaning stations around your building, and the disinfectant of your choice on demand. Your staff plug in a hose, pre-spray, then extract with fresh hot water. No dragging hoses and mop buckets from room to room.

A central wet/dry cleaning system that dispenses the disinfectant of your choice
One power unit runs the whole building. Cleaning stations go on the walls around your facility, and each one gives your team suction, fresh hot water and your disinfectant, mixed automatically at the ratio you set. You choose the disinfectant; the system mixes it and delivers it where you need it.
Pre-spray your disinfectant
Plug the pre-spray line into the disinfectant outlet at the station and pre-treat the area with the pre-spray wand.
Extract with hot water
Plug in the wet/dry hose with the wand and the squeegee brush floor tool. Fresh hot water goes down and the mess comes right back up, so nothing gets spread around.
Debris is caught at the power unit
Everything you pick up travels back to the power unit. A replaceable debris screen catches large debris like hair, rocks, pennies and lost rings, and the rest flushes automatically.
Replaceable debris screens: the red nets come in a bag of 50. Reorder them from the online store at aquaairwetdry.com or by calling 800-916-5777.

Less water, less humidity, less labor, faster drying
Saves water
You put down only the fresh hot water you need and pull it right back up. See the water usage document.
Lower humidity
Water is extracted instead of left standing on the floor, so the building stays drier for animals and staff.
Lower labor
Staff plug into a station on the wall, and cleaning and pick-up happen in the same pass. No buckets to fill or dump.
Faster drying
The squeegee brush floor tool pulls the water up as it scrubs, so floors dry faster and animals get back in sooner.
The main pieces, in plain language
Every facility is different, so we size each system to your square footage, your layout and how many people clean at the same time.

Power unit
The heart of the system. It provides the suction and handles everything you pick up, and it’s installed out of the way in a back or utility room.
Surface-mount or in-wall stations
Surface-mount stations go on the face of the wall in existing buildings, so walls don’t have to be opened. New construction gets in-wall stations with water, suction and disinfectant built into the wall.
DEMA MixRite disinfectant mixer
Used on larger systems. It draws your disinfectant straight from its container through a siphon tube and mixes it automatically at the ratio you set.
Dry interceptor for grooming hair
For grooming and vet surgical trim areas. A dry station feeds into it, so hair is captured dry and kept separate from water. It holds up to 5 gallons of bulk hair.
40-ft animal care wet clean kit
A 40-foot wet/dry hose (a blue water line attached to the suction line) plus a pre-spray line and pre-spray wand for pre-treating on demand.

40-ft commercial dry kit
The dry side of the system, with a 40-foot hose. It pairs with the animal care kit.

46-inch wand
The standard stainless wet cleaning wand. A longer 56-inch wand is also available if your team wants more reach.

Squeegee brush floor tool
A 14-inch brush and squeegee that scrubs and pulls water up in the same pass.
What the install needs
It works in new construction, expansions and remodels, and it can be added to an existing building. The install takes a plumber and an electrician, and we can send specs and help plan where the stations go.
- A spot for the power unit with water, a drain and electrical power nearby. The power unit goes in first.
- PEX hot water lines from your water heater to the stations, with a shut-off valve for repairs.
- Its own hot water line for the DEMA MixRite mixer, with a ball valve, plus a PEX line carrying the mixed solution out to the disinfectant outlets.
- A dedicated 20-amp circuit for each motor. Larger systems have more than one motor, and each one gets its own circuit.
